Want to know what I’m doing/seeing/feeling in an Energy Alignment and Clearing? I’ll do my best to put it into words!
Imagine your energetic body is a house that hasn’t been deep cleaned in a few months. Some of the corners have cobwebs, dirt needs to be scrubbed off the floors, there are dust bunnies under the couch. I clean all of that up. When I'm “in,” I'm going to break down any chunks that are stuck, remove piercing shards that are stuck, vacuum up stray bits that are stuck. All about getting UNSTUCK!
In these sessions, all you have to do is get cozy, lay back, and let me guide you. This is NOT meditation - this is literally 60 minutes where I work on YOU to remove any energy that isn't serving your highest good. You don't have to know what needs to be cleared, all we need is an open mind!
